Near the Falls standing stones of St Fillan date from the 8th centuary .
The MacNab's ancient burial ground is on the island of Inchbuie in the River Dochart. A standing stone circle is located here.
Nearby are the ruins of Finlarig Castle. Flax was grown locally and woven into linen by hand weavers in the area.
Killin and the surrounding area offers variety for the tourist pursuits, walking at Ben Lawers, fishing and watersports on Loch Tay.
