At the northern end of Loch Lomond complete with its own hotel and railway station on the West Highland Line to Fort William and Oban! The village is dominated by Ben Vorlich (943m). Nearby, just to the south, lies Pulpit Rock on the shores of the loch from which sermons have ben delivered in the past in times of religious strife.

There are plenty of watersports facilities here and, with the West Highland Way across the loch, plenty of walking on hand.
