Lochgoilhead

The village, at the head of Loch Goil, is surrounded by beautiful mountains and woods.
The Old Parish Church ("The Church of the Three Brethren"), is worth a visit. It is thought that the Brethren referred to were descendents of Cathair Mor, King of Ireland to 170 A.D.
The road to the north west to Loch Fyne takes you through the spectacular rocky "Hell's Glen" to a summit of 720 feet.
