Ochiltree

Ochiltree is a small village in East Ayrshire, it is situated to the west of Cumnock and lies at the junction of the Burnoch Water with the Lugar Water. The author George Douglas Brown famous for "House with Green Shutters" was born in the village. The protestant reformer John Knox was married here.
